YES, All cars and drivers are fully insured.All our drivers are legal minıbus drivers.They have class D driving lisence and SRC documents.

Are children classes as passengers?

YES, as for insurances purposes a child is classed as one (1) passenger.

How many people are allowed to travel in a Mercedes Vito car?
İt has 9 seats but we accept up to 5 person excluding driver. İt is about luggage capacity.

What will happen if our flight delayed?
Don’t worries. We monitor your flight. How early it arrives or any delays, there will be a driver waiting for you at no extra cost.

How long before my flight should ı be at the terminal ?
We recommend you should aim to be at the terminal 2 and half an hour before ınternational flight,1 and half an hour before domestic flight.

Where will my driver be waiting for me in the airport terminal?
There is only one exit gate of the Dalaman Airport so the driver will be waiting for you in front of the exit gate with name board.




Do you have child safety seat in your vehicles?

It has to be requested. We can bring child seat before your journey with us.

Can we smoke in the vehicle during the transfer?
